While we generally ship within 1 business day, please allow up to 2 to 3 business days for your order to ship. Remember that Priority Mail is a type of USPS Shipping Method. It does not mean that your order will be expedited within the warehouse. If you require immediate shipment, please email us or call us at (253) 318-9766 and we will do our best to expedite your order.
We generally use USPS as our primary shipping method. We offer a wide range of options including 1st class, Parcel Select, and Priority Shipping. We provide tracking information and delivery confirmation for every shipment. If you have any questions regarding your shipment, please email us or call us at (253) 318-9766 and we will help in any way we can.
For the convenience of our local customers, we also offer an in-store pick-up option. If you select this option, please email us or call us at (253) 318-9766 to coordinate a pick-up time. Our store is open for business Friday and Saturday from noon-6pm and Sundays from noon-5pm. If your order is placed anytime before Friday morning, it will be available for pick-up Friday afternoon. Please let us know when you would like to pick up your order so we can be sure to have it ready when you arrive.
Toystable's Attic will ship worldwide. Please keep in mind international shipments are bound by customs and each countries own delivery service. We will provide USPS reference numbers for each shipment to verify deliveries. Some deliveries may take longer than expected due to issues with the delivery company. In these cases we'll ask you to wait a reasonable amount of additional time for the order to arrive. If the box still has not arrived, please email us and we will provide as much assistance as possible in locating your package.
Please note that we are required to declare the full value of the products purchased on all customs paperwork. Toystable's Attic is not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or other fees your local government may charge you for ordering items from the United States (these items are generally made in China, Japan, or Taiwan). Please check with your local government for tax rules in your country.
