The Vince & Larry Crash Dummies were initially based on the DOT's characters encouraging seatbelt safety, but support was later withdrawn and the toy line was renamed Incredible Crash Dummies. The toys were made by Tyco from 1991-1994 and included exploding crash damage figures, vehicles, and playsets.
