PAYMENTS:
Prompt
payments
are always welcome, but if there is some special circumstance, just let
us know. We
place a high
value on good communications and almost anything can be worked out.
Payments
made
by Visa, Master Card or Discover Card, which we process manually
through
our store terminal.
Payments
may also be made through PayPal.
Money
Orders and Checks are welcome
(International Money Orders must be in
US funds.)

Shipping:
We prefer to use Priority mail.
It is a little known fact that Priority and Express use their own
distribution centers and for the most part, do not travel with regular
mail. As a result Priority mail is quicker, more reliable and are
treated better that regular mail.
For
relatively small items other shippers are often more
expensive,
In the US only, items requiring a box
larger than 1 cubic foot are subject to special Priority mail
rates. In those cases we recommend Parcel Post or UPS Ground.
We go to extreme lengths to carefully
pack each item for shipping and are NOT
responsible for items lost or broken in the mail.
We will be more than happy to add postal insurance at your
request.
(The cost is based on actual price of the item, which may or may not be
its actual value.)
We prefer to postal insurance provided
by
Endicia.com postal services for a number of reasons:
1 - They are easier to use.
2 - They are cheaper.
3 - It is easier to file a claim
4 - They include S/H costs in the
claim. (USPS does not)
We will use USPS insurance, but only if it is specifically requested.

International
Shipping:
Customs
is
the big thing here and the buyer is responsible for any and all duties
that may be imposed. As a rule we will not use our business
labels
and will not include an invoice.
International shipping can be expensive and we advise all international
buyers to check out shipping costs before purchasing.
Priority Mail is usually the best way to ship. It is quick, reliable
and with small items, insurance is automatic. (based on customs
declaration)
For small items, under 5 pounds, First Class Mail is also an
option.

Returns:
We
go to great
lengths to accurately describe our items and we answer all e-mails with
questions.
If
an item is
not as described, it may be returned for a refund, exclusive of
return shipping.
If
payment was
by credit card, the refund will be in the form of a credit to your
account.

Feedback:
We
generally
post feedback once a week. If somehow we missed you just let us
know.
Only
our first
feedback counts toward your feedback value.
If
you won
several
of our auctions and they were combined in shipping, we will pick one
auction
number and leave one feedback.
If
you prefer a feedback for each and every item, let us know.

Negative
Feedback:
We
do not threaten
folks with negative feedback, but if it is warranted, we will post
it.
There
is no
hard and fast rule, but if we receive no payments or answers to our
e-mails
after 2 weeks, we will start to take action.
