PAYMENTS:
Prompt payments are always welcome,
but if there is some special circumstance, just
let us know. We place a high value on good
communications and almost anything can be worked
out.
We accept phone payments made by
Visa, Master Card or Discover Card, which we
process manually through our store terminal.
credit cards may also be made
through our PayPal gateway.
(Our customers do not need a PayPal account to
securely pay through PayPal)
Sorry, we no longer accept Money
Orders or Checks.

Domestic Shipping:
We prefer to use
Priority mail.
For relatively
small items other shippers are often more
expensive,
In the US
only, items requiring a box larger than 1
cubic foot are subject to special
dimensional rate which starts at the regular
11 pound rate.
For large bulky items we recommend Parcel
Post or UPS Ground.
We go to
extreme lengths to carefully pack each item
for shipping and are NOT
responsible for items lost or broken in the
mail. We will be more than happy to
add postal insurance at your request.
(The cost is based on actual price of the
item, which may or may not be its actual
value.)
We will add
insurance when requested.
We prefer to postal insurance provided by
Endicia.com postal services for a number of
reasons:
1 - They are
easier to use.
2 - They are
cheaper.
3 - It is
easier to file a claim
4 - They
include S/H costs in the claim. (USPS does
not)
We will use USPS insurance, but only if the
buyer requests it.

International
Shipping:
We ship
everywhere!
With international shipping the Customs is the
big thing and the buyer is responsible for any
and all duties that may be imposed.
As a rule we will not use our business labels
and will not include an invoice.
International shipping can be expensive and we
advise all international buyers to check out
shipping costs before purchasing.
Priority Mail is usually the best way to ship.
It is quick, reliable and with small items,
provides tracking and partial insurance, based
on customs declaration.
Priority Mail also has
tracking and partial insurance, based in the
declared value
(Note: Few items can use the Priority Small Flat
Rate box. The box is the size of a VCR
tape and is made of weak cardboard.)
For small items, under 4 pounds and under $50 in
value, First Class Mail is an affordable option,
however it is slower and had no tracking and no
insurance.

Returns:
We go to great lengths to accurately
describe and photograph our items and we answer
all e-mails with questions.
If an item is not as described, it
may be returned for a refund, exclusive
of return shipping.
If payment was by credit card, the
refund will be in the form of a credit to your
account.
